How much do your legal services cost?
Derya's hourly rate is $330 per hour. Retainers are based on your specific legal needs and will be discussed during the legal consultation.
What should I bring or prepare for my first consultation?
Please bring identification. You may also bring relevant documents, which can also be emailed later on.
Do you offer Legal Aid prices?
Derya is on the Legal Aid roster for Family Law files. If you qualify for Legal Aid, please submit your application directly to Legal Aid and request for Derya Ciplak to represent you.
Do you offer free initial consultations?
We offer a complimentary 15 minute discovery call. This is not a paid legal consultation.
Do you offer virtual or phone consultations?
Yes, we offer virtual/phone consultations. However, we will conduct a dual-identification process. We will ask you to provide us with two different, reliable and independent sources of identification.
What payment options do you accept?
For retainers, we accept e-transfers and cash or cheque. For interim bills to our office, we accept credit-card through Clio, cash or cheque.
